PREPARING TO VOTE 2020
A statement by Rev. Mark Watson, speaking for the Immigration Work Group:
As Catholics we are vote for and to support candidates whose actions and words promote a Consistent Ethic of Life, candidates who respect the dignity of all human life. We are to support candidates who are against the taking of any human life including an embryo in the womb, an elderly person who is near death, and a convict on death row. Candidates who respect all human life are those who work to protect all people regardless of sex, race, legal status, and social class. A candidate who truly respects human life support laws which promote the education and health of all in society, including those who are not documented.
