Archbishop Thomas J. Wenski of Miami and New York Cardinal Timothy M. Dolan are the nominees for chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Committee for Religious Liberty. The bishops will vote for the leadership of seven other committees via mail-in balloting before the USCCB’s virtual fall assembly Nov. 16-17, 2020. Election results will be announced during the meeting.
