AUSCP Members Elect Three New Leaders to National Leadership Team

The Association of U.S. Catholic Priests (AUSCP) announces the election of three new members to its national Leadership Team. The three were nominated and elected by the membership during AUSCP’s 15th Annual Assembly, held in June 2026 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Each will serve a first term running 2026–2029.

  • Jim Kiesel, of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, will serve as Treasurer.
  • Jeffery Ott, OP, a member of the Order of Preachers and the National Black Catholic Clergy Caucus, will serve as Vice-Chair.
  • Tulio Ramirez, MXY, of the Yarumal Missionaries, based in the Bronx, New York, joins the team as a member-at-large.

The incoming members join a Leadership Team chaired by Rev. Michael Sullivan of the Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis, and join continuing ordained members Greg Barras, Michael Bausch, and Joe Graffis, alongside representatives of AUSCP Friends, Donna Doucette and Sarah Probst Miller.
