Pope Francis has called for a Season of Creation running each year from September 1 until October 4, the Feast of St. Francis. The Catholic Climate Covenant has many resources that can be used during this time to draw attention to the critical need of our times to care for the earth. One project is called the Catholic Energies Project. This is designed to benefit Catholic entities by providing experience, expertise, and financial resources, at no cost, to Catholic organizations that wish to install solar power and other energy efficient equipment.
